You can also help us expedite the assessment process by having the following information gathered (where applicable) at

• A panoramic X-ray taken within the past six months. If you do not have one available we will be happy to take one at your initial appointment.
• Your dental insurance card. By providing this information at the first visit, we will be able to give you a more accurate estimate of your costs.
